Paul Sussman was a journalist, novelist and former field archaeologist specialising in Egyptian archaeology. Paul approached us to produce a website to showcase his novel writing and also give him an online real estate to blog about his archaeology work. Since Paul didn’t have a personal brand, we designed a simple type lockup with his photograph to use as his online identity. From there, we rolled out a custom built responsive WordPress theme to marry closely with the branding of his book covers.
