Hostelzoo is a global hostel booking engine aggregation site.
The Hostelzoo system compares hostel availability searches from a series of upstream booking providers like Hostelbookers and Hostel World, Hostels Club and Gomio.
The site automatically databases the accommodation information from various online booking systems (via: SOAP, XMLRPC and Web Services). The content is then aggregated together, allowing users to compare pricing and availability across the different booking engines.
The site is built on a multiple redundancy Amazon EC2 cloud infrastructure.
